Bruce shot her a warning look and said, "No matter what it is, you can do it later. Being stared at by her superior, Adeline had no choice but to go with the crowd to see Brendan to the door. Standing aside, Brendan clearly heard what she had just said. Since he came in, she had been treating him like a stranger. Now she shunned him as if he were infested by the plague. Was he so terrible? . Now Brendan had to admit that Adeline was really different from before. As much as he hated to admit it, he felt upset. Bruce soon understood that there must be a secret relationship between Brendan and Adeline. He was so cunning that he ran back to h is office faster than anyone else, and t he rest of his employees soon followed. Brendan's subo rdinates also slipped away. Before long, only Brend an and Adeline were lef t at the company gates. With nobody around, Adeline thought i t was pointless to keep pretending. S he looked at Brendan with cold eyes. " She added firmly , "I have brought all the necessary papers with me. Adeline had made up her mind. Since she had decided to end her ma rriage with Brendan, she wouldn't tangle with him anymore.
