No One Pov's . "Alice" Aaron called her again when she didn't utter a word to his question. She looked at him with dazed eyes and then tightened her lips, on the urge of crying. "She was waiting for you and decorated the entire hall and prepared all your favourite meals. She wanted to do something special for you. Also" Alice clamped up when her eyes met with his eyes which were filled with guilt. "And?" He asked her to continue. Alice sighed and started telling him everything that happened last night and also how Aana behaved when he didn't come even after dawn. Tears rolled from his eyes realising how terrible he made Aana feel last night. "I made her feel unimportant, Alice. Rex is right, I'm an asshole" He clutched his hair frustratingly. "No, Aaron" she cupped her face. "It's not your fault but her anxiety issues and you are also aware of it" she muttered, trying her best to make him feel better. Aaron nodded his head negatively and pushed her hand away. "Her anxiety issues don't rectify my mistakes, Alice. I bet I made her feel worse by not arriving on time yesterday. "It's not that you did that intentionally, Aaron. You were busy. "But what is the benefit of doing anything, if I can't keep her happy? I should be here as I promised her and no excuse can rectify my mistake. My arrival last night would have ameliorated the thing between us. Christian told me how excited she was to confess her love to me" Tears were continuously falling from his eyes. He was feeling miserable thinking that he hurt his mate. "Aana" He looks at Alice and holds her hand. "She must have been mad at me last night, that's why she gave you control, right? Please ask her to come or surface, talk to me or fight with me but please don't ignore me" He pleaded and that's when he remembered the moment when Alice gave control to Aana who was so happy after getting a chance to talk to him but instead of hearing her, he gave control to Aaron. "I deserved this punishment, Alice, for hurting her again and again. She is doing right by ignoring me" . "She is not ignoring you" he opened her and looked at her. "She wanted to fight with you last night when you came from the office but I didn't let her after seeing you tired" Aaron was stunned upon hearing her while Alice was equally feeling guilty as Aaron for hurting Aana after realising all her mistakes and behaviour towards Aana. "You didn't let her and she agreed?" Aaron asked after a while holding the nearby chair to control himself from falling. "Why do I feel dizzy all of a sudden?" He thought and looked at Alice who was looking at him with teary eyes. Before he would have asked her about Aana, Alice held her hand. "She wanted to fight with you but I blocked her before she would've fought with me to take control" She stammered, fearful of his reaction. He looked at her devastatingly, not expecting to hear something like this. "You did what?" He asked again to confirm, still not able to believe the words he heard. "I blocked her" . "Have you lost your mind, Alice?" He growled, making her flinch. She moved away from him and started shivering because of the aura, he was releasing unintentionally. "You're scaring her, stupid" Aaron muttered to Rex and then took a deep breath after turning his face in another direction. He was trying his best to calm himself and Rex. "I'm sorry" Alice sobbed. He looked at her and again guilt consumed him for hurting their mate. He tightened his lips, not able to understand what he should say to her. "Alice" he moved his finger on his forehead, trying to figure out the situation that's when he realised something. "Did you block her before also?". "I was mad at her for hurting you that's why I used to block her whenever she tried to take control of my body" She mumbled. "Alice. Do you even realise what mess you have created?" He sat on the chair and then shook his head thinking about everything. "Why am I blaming you when I'm the one who ignores everything?" He said and closed his eyes, feeling restless. "Why am I feeling so restless?" He thought and looked at Alice. "You blocked her which means indirectly you caged her in darkness. " she scrunched her eyebrow not getting his point

"She gets anxiety attacks because of darkness" Her eyes grew wider upon hearing him. She looks at him dumbstruck and holds the table to balance herself as her leg wobbles realising the damage she had done. "Why didn't it come into my mind?" She whispered to herself and clutched her hair frustratingly. "Now I'm realising why she behaved like that yesterday. Her condition got worse because of me, Aaron" Tears of regret fell from her eyes. She unblocked Aana, only to find her lying on the floor. "Give control to her" Aaron muttered without showing an expression on his face. "Aaron" Before she could tell him that she was sleeping, he interrupted her. "Give control to her, Alice," he said, emphasising on each word while greeting his teeth. She can feel that he was controlling his anger just for her. Alice nodded her head and gave control to Aana while he stood up near her. Before he would have said something, Aana's body fell towards him. He immediately held her by the waist. "Aana" he panicked and picked her up in his arms then made her lay on the sofa of the hall. He tapped on her cheeks to wake her up thinking if she was sleeping. "Pearl. Please open your eyes… Pearl" Panic rushed through his veins when she didn't open her eyes. He immediately went to the kitchen and came back with a glass of water. "Please open your eyes, Pearl" he called her while sprinkling water on her face. "Vince" he stopped tapping on her cheeks upon hearing 'Vince' name from her mouth. "Why is she calling him?" Rex growled, feeling jealous of Vince. Aaron ignored him and tapped on her cheeks. "Pearl… Please open your eyes" he called her lovingly but what she uttered next was enough to shake the ground from under his feet. "I don't want to live anymore, Vince. Please take me with you. I want to die"
